wordpress.com won't load anything

  hey guys, I’ve been trying to update my resume on my wordpress page for about a week now. Every time I try to edit the website nothing loads. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

  Did you try refreshing your browser and clearing all history and browser cache?

  Hi @depaulmensclubvolleyball,

  In addition to what @ruminatingtips suggest, could you also supply us with the URL of the site you’re trying to update? I’m curious about the “Powered by Jetpack” logo on the GIFs you created. The troubleshooting might have to do with your Jetpack account, which is an element of your WordPress.com account.

  Actually, I just checked the Jetpack logo on my own stats. That logo is on my WordPress.com free plan blog, too. Never mind my question.

  I will put a tag to get staff to look at your account. Of course, you should be able to access your account!

  Are you loading a blank white screen? Is there an error message? Which site are you working on?
