wordpress.com's own search does not find my site (even tho Google does)

    Search engiines (Google, etc.) ARE finding my site [earthmoonandstars.wordpress.com] successfully, so no problem there. However, when I go to the wordpress.com home page, open the Search page there, and type in ‘earth moon and stars’ in any combination, or the title of any of my 70+ posts over the past 7 years, it *never* comes up with my site. Why doesn’t wordpress.com search find posts from my site? (Is it because I am not subscribed to a paid plan?)
