  I have set up my wordpress.org on my mac and i don’t know how to sign in with my current wordpress account thanks guys!

  Hi there,
  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. You need to register a WordPress.org username account on the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/support to post to those forums.
