WordPress.org dashboard login problem

  unable to access dashboard, using wordpress.org for my site: mintyspring.com through its /wp-admin nor /wp-login.php. Tried on chrome, explorer, safari and firefox: received either blank page or no data received prompts. Am able to access it through my phones 3G mobile.

  Hope with this information I could get some answers to resolve this issue.
