WordPress.org – Does Jetpack Install the 'Reader' Function?

  Hi,

  I’m about to setup a new WordPress site. I previously owned a WordPress.com site which gained popularity due to the ‘Reader’ section. Does Jetpack allow me to add this reader section to my blog if I were to setup a WordPress.org site?
