  will it be possible to use wordpress.org in a free webhost ? will i be able to put ads there?

  For sure, http://wordpress.org/support/ is the place to ask. As well, wordpress.org is just the software, so you need to hire a host. Some like the list at http://wordpress.org/hosting/
