  can someone help me or teach me how to use the wordpress.org so i could use my domain with a priceless and so i could open my website anyone ?
  i really need to know how does it work

  One short answer might be this: http://wordpress.org/support

  However perhaps what you intended to ask might not be clear.
  If you have a WordPress.com website, there’s no point seeking WordPress.org help.

  well i just need wordpress.org so i could have lesser price on domain,i already have a domain and i want it to use in wordpress as my website

  you need to go to wordpress. ORG for help with your domain. Use the link edwin provided above.

  You may want a redirect or upgrade if you are trying to move from wordpress.com to org

  Even if you move from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, it will still cost you more than the domain mapping upgrade that you asked about (and were answered) here:

  If you self-host you will have to pay for hosting, which can run at least USD5 a month.And that’s just the beginning.

  If you stay with WordPress.com, you can still use the domain name you’ve already paid for to connect to your WordPress.com site. That’s called domain mapping. There is a small charge described here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

  Running a WordPress.org takes more know-how, and risk of disaster is greater.

  I have published a post that’s exactly on this point. It outlines the skills required and the processes as well. If you are an experienced WordPress.com software user, and have the skill sets required to set up and manage your own self hosted WordPress.org install then the instructions for making the move are easy to follow. But if you are not skilled at WordPress.com blogging, and also lack the skill sets required to self host your own WordPress.org install then acquiring those skills first is recommended.
