WordPress.org not sending email.

  Ok so I know this is WordPress.com but I can’t ask for help on WordPress.org because I need an account to do that. I can’t get an account because when I register it said it would send an email with my password and I never got the email. I tried re registering and it says the email was already taken. I tried a different email and I never got the email with the password. Is there a way to contact WordPress.org support? They don’t seem to have a support page.

  Hi @davidboglin, sometimes those emails will get stuck in a Social folder, particularly with gmail. If you’re using Gmail, try searching for “in:all WordPress” to see if it will appear that way.

  Also, just to clarify, WordPress.org is a free software project rather than a service. When you ask for support there, you’ll be asking the community for help rather than contacting support staff. You might also try searching the web for your question in case someone has already answered it for someone else.
