WordPress.org Password re-set

    Hi,

    I am trying to login to wordpress.org in order to access the support forums. I’ve tried to login but it says my password is incorrect, which is odd because I haven’t changed it. When I’ve clicked reset password, numerous times, the link I receive to re-set it always pops up as being invalid and I do not get the option to reset my password.

    This has been going on for a few days and I cannot find any type of straight answer as to who to contact or call. I’ve sent this same message to (email visible only to moderators and staff) as well.

    I hope that someone can tell me how I can move forward with resetting my password and gaining access to my account.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different things: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
     
    Unfortunately this forum has no way of helping you solve this clearly frustrating problem.

    If you have a different email address, you could create a new WordPress.org account, and get access that way.
