WordPress.org site – WordPress.com blog exposure

  Both the same question:
  1). I need, and am rebuilding, a WordPress.org site. (And separate WP.com blogs – unrelated) I would like to use my website, obviously with WP.org – but I would like the exposure of the WordPress.com community for followers. Is that possible?

  2). Will my WP.org site/blog be found through the WP.com community?

  Hope that’s clear enough. Thank you.
