  I cannot login to wordpress.org and upon attempting to reset my password, do not receive an email to complete the process. What can I do – I need assistance from wordpress.org for my production wp website. Help!

  WordPress.ORG is the keeper of the software you are using – the WordPress.ORG support site is completely separate from your site and log-in and the WordPress.COM log-in – – three different log-in’s and passwords

  Only WordPress.ORG can help you with the log-in there to ask for help with your site.
