Ok so my account is hosted on siteground which is where I get my domain/hosting. So with that fact in mind, would I still be able to use wordpress.org themes?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looking at your domain (itssimplyada.com), I see that this is not hosted on WordPress.com, but on Siteground, as you said. What this tells us is that you are WordPress.org user, not a WordPress.com user.
This forum is dedicated only to the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
