  Hello,

  I was looking at transferring my self-hosted WordPress site to a .com WordPress site. I was wondering what limitations there were to plugins and theme layouts when doing this though? Basically would I be able to cleanly transfer my self-hosted site to wordpress.com and keep features like multiple authors and my current theme?

  Also is there any size limitations when making a transfer?

  Themes on WordPress.com are limited to those listed here:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/

  While we have a number of built in plugins it is not possible to upload additional plugins:

  Plugins

  So I’m suspicious that WordPress.com will work for your particular needs.

  Thank you for the response. I’m not too concerned about the plugins and I already saw a few of them on there.

  For the theme, if I did the Business level, would I still be limited to that same list?
