(WordPress.org) Unable to access dashboard

  Hi, from Singapore. Using Starhub, am unable to access the dashboard from mintyspring.com/wp-admin nor /wp-login.php anyone else encountering similiar problems and have any solutions? Used my office com and it didn’t have this problem. I’ve got a feeling its my ISP problem…
