wordpress.org vs wordpress.com blogging

I would like to use the functionality of the wordpress.com blog with the wordpress.org blog
any idea on how I can do that or integrate the two?I am talking about when you post a blog in wp.com, there is functionality that automatically allows you to insert tags, photos and links in your content. wp.org does not allow this, you have to do this manually and it can be very time consuming.
my site is built on wp.org but I like the funtionality of posting a bog with wp.com. if you post a blog using the two you will see the difference and know what I am talking about. posting with wp.com is much more efficient and user friendly, it also allows for better SEO. any suggestions on this???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com is a hosting platform that makes it easy for anyone to publish online. You don’t have to download software, pay for hosting, or manage a web server. WordPress.com has hundreds of themes, and includes the functionality of many plugins, but you can’t upload your own plugins or themes.
WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database.
Check out our support doc on the differences. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thank you for the reply, but that was not my question. I understand the difference between the two platforms.
My question was about the functionality of the wp.com blog. This platform has many great features that the wp.org does not.
since my site is built with the .org platform, I wanted to know if there is a way to get the same functionality that the .com has.
Perhaps you may know of a plug in that I can use, or will this require coding that I will have to hire a developer to do?

You can get some of the functionality by installing the JetPack Plugin – has a bunch of the Widgets and short code built into it –

Thanks for the plug in information. JetPack has a lot of functionality and I will definitely use this, however I am still not getting the save options that have on the “.com” blog. I guess they are just two different animals simply do not work the same way. What a shame.
