Wordress different logins access

  Is it possible to create different logins to WordPress in which collaborators cannot modify or access plugins?
  only the administrator must have access to these functions.
  I would need an editor to access my site post

  but that can only edit that post, and not access other posts!

  Is it possible? Thank you!

  It seems that your site is not hosted in WordPress.com, you seem to be using using self-managed open-source WordPress software hosted somewhere else.

  I think you can try seek help at following forum:
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Please note this forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com. For help with a site hosted somewhere else, you’ll need to use the forums for self-managed WordPress installations instead.
