  Why does only part of my post show? Am I limited to the number of words?

  The Coherent theme you’re using limits the words shown on the homepage, but clicking the post title takes you to a page showing all of the words. If you don’t like that feature, consider changing to a different theme: https://theme.wordpress.com/

  Is there a theme that shows all the titles as links in a sidebar?

  To show posts titles in a sidebar, you could add a “Recent Posts Widget”. Here’s the guide for that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/

  However, the Coherent theme you’re currently using puts the “sidebar” as a hidden menu (behind a “show” button). So the second step is to choose a different theme, one that has a regular sidebar, such as Twenty Sixteen: https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentysixteen/
