  sorry i want to ask and please explain what is this meaning :
  Who is eligible for WordAds?
  1. Users upgrading to the WordPress.com Premium, Business, or eCommerce plans have automatic access to the WordAds program and can set up advertising on their sites immediately.
  2. WordPress.com sites on the Free or Personal Plan that have moderate to high traffic and appropriate content also have the option to apply to the WordAds program.
  3. Only sites with a custom or mapped domain can apply.

  Hi there!

  What exactly are your doubts about the WordAds eligibility?
  To be able to join WordAds program you would need a custom domain and moderate or high traffic on your site.
  If you have a paid plan – Premium or above – you can join WordAds regardless of your traffic.
