Words I have not flagged send comments to trash

    I prefer to moderate manually, but I appear unable to turn off a language filter of some kind. I have not flagged any words to send comments to the trash, but they get sent there anyway, without notifying me or the person commenting, if a word happens to trigger the filter. For example (and I’ll censor in case this forum has the same problem) ‘c*ckeyed’ (as in ’tilted to one side,’ which is not an obscene term).

    I can’t tell users what words to avoid because I don’t know what’s being filtered. I certainly wouldn’t have guessed the above term would be disqualifying, but it sent multiple comments to the trash as the person who was commenting tried desperately to figure out what was going on.

    If this is not a bug but a feature, I at least need a list of what words are filtered so I can warn people. I’m using WordPress on an externally hosted site, with the Mermerize Pro theme, if that makes any difference.
