Words running together.

    @dettinger47     do you see the same thing there, where it’s squished in the editor but not on the live site? That could explain why we didn’t see what you see. We were not looking in the same place.

    Here’s what I figured out:

    Word is adding invisible “line break” characters. The new editor does not display them… at all. Not as line breaks, not even as spaces. So you see the words squished together.

    In your experience, though, do the spaces appear if you publish (or privately publish) the post? Please confirm and we’ll file an issue.

    My initial thought was that it might be something to do with line breaks. However, they do not happen at the end of lines in the Word version. In one instance it even happened in the middle of a short heading.
