  Hi, Please can someone tell me how to get working Control panel credentials and FTP/SFTP access for my site?

  Hi @oceanpilgrim, SFTP won’t work with a free site’s limitations:
  https://wordpress.com/free/#plans

  If you upgrade to a plan that supports those features, you’ll get SFTP access and other tools. We have more details here:
