Working with multiple sites

  Please Help,
  Is there a way i can have two wordpress sites of the same structure (Menu, Categories etc), such that when i update or post a blog in one site, it reflects automatically in the other?

  No there is not. WordPress.com does not ptovide tools that can be used to create duplicate content blogs, scraper blogs or automated blogs. Please read > trypes of blogs allowed and not allowed http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/
  Also note how Google views duplicating content across domains and that their Panda alogrithm will detect duplication > http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359
