Working with Post Grids (And SEO)

    I am trying to go through and make the yoast seo recommendations on a client’s site. (Not a WordPress pro, but can do some very basic stuff.) My client’s site is using a post grid, and I can’t seem to get yoast to recognize when I am making the changes. Like keywords in text or headers. I’d also love to get rid of the post grid and have the format look like my own site, with basic pages and not all the complicated boxes on each page…but no clue how to do that.
