Worpress bar on top of my blog

    I see a strip/ banner on top of my blog which says “Create your website at WordPress.com Get started”. This is in addition to the advertisements shown on my site. How to remove this banner?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    You can remove the banner you mentioned at the top as well as the ads displayed on your free WordPress.com site by upgrading to a WordPress.com plan. You can choose any plan that suits your needs, but if you mainly want to get rid of ads, you can choose the WordPress.com Personal plan.

    With a yearly plan, you’ll also get a free domain credit for the first year, which you can use to register a new domain and set it as the primary address.
