  Dear Sirs,

  Hi

  I trust you are well now.

  Good job for your subscribers of WordPress we-site.
  I am a subscriber of WordPress through Siteground recently.
  A few days ago, I couldn’t log in to WordPress, after I clicked yomdigital.com below.

  I put my ID and registered password in WordPress, and it came out ot an error.

  Not only that, but I am trying to get my new password by e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I failed it due to no account.
  It is very regretted because it is marked with no account whenever I put my e-mail address on WordPress.

  Please watch the below link and the video file for (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Please change it to trademok@gmail and allow for login in WordPress by my computer.

  As you tell your site is hosted on Siteground, this means your site uses the open source wordpress.org. we can’t help you as these forums are for sites running on the wordpress.com platform. Support for wordpress.org is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Hello!
  I woke up this morning and tried to log in to WordPress on my computer.
  LOGIN cannot work with 500 INTERNAL SERVE ERROR.
  I don’t have any computer knowledge, I do not understand and I do not know how can I solve it with Google advice.
  I think you are busy now but please solve its problem quickly so that this error does not occur.
  I will thank you and my e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  @trademok, because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
