WorPress T-Shirt Order to HelloMerch

    I know you you will say it is none of your business as this order was placed to HelloMerch, but I am so disappointed. This is a copy of a mail I sent to this company today which explains all.

    Today I received my T-shirt via TNT-Post delivery and I am very disappointed.
    This T-shirt, in spite of the $15.00 price + $9.30 transport costs, is of the cheapest cotton quality I know of, made in India. The size is 2XL, which I assume is the largest you have, so I was sure it would be a fit. I have tried it and is equivalent to something like Medium in European sizes. I really expected something larger. The only way I might be able to get this to fit properly is perhaps with a hot iron to pull the fabric to size, if it does not tear with this treatment.

    I hate being played as a fool, and I really feel like one at the moment. It says on the packing slip “We have an exchange only return policy”. This is OK I would return this useless cheap quality t-shirt, but how do I know that I will get it replaced by a quality product in my size?

    Living in Switzerland, I was really sure that I would have a t-shirt that I do not see every day here and that is why I ordered it. I have belonged to WordPress for some years now, contribute regularly and I would have been so pleased to have been able to wear this t-shirt. What a disappointment.

    Please advise what I should do?”

    I would really have been proud to wear this t-shirt., not something that everyone has in Switzerland. I am so happy to have found WordPress as my main blogging site. They take bloggers seriously and I have also been Freshly Pressed. It is such a shame that such bad quality goods are sent in your name. Perhaps it might be an idea to check on this company and the goods they are selling in your name.

    If you subcontract the manufacturing to American Apparel, then yes, they will run at least four sizes too small.
