Worst AI Support Ever

Thanks WordPress. You got me with the early renewal trick, congratulations. And refused to let me cancel right afterward, wonderful.
I paid less than two months ago for an annual renewal including domain renewal. I log in today and my site has been downgraded to free and my domain is missing.. no trace of either a paid account or a renewed domain anywhere except for on the receipt, in my account. Also missing: support. None whatsoever.
The AI is too stupid for anybody to be forced to tolerate whether they are paying you or not. The idiocy of that thing is going to do cause real harm when someone loses their mind over a snide unhelpful af cheery hipster cliche emoji. It has to go. It’s as if you put a smart goldfish in charge of customer support. It looks out at you, helpless and smart yeah for a goldfish.
Any suggestions or is that just how thing work around here? I didn’t to be back but if you lost my domain after charging me to renew it I will be furious.
