Worst fucking customer service ever

I want to cancel a plan that I bought but never built. It may have been under a couple of different names/emails (all of which I’ve tried to no avail). I can’t remember and that’s on me, but — for fuckssakes — I can’t get past the bot to a human so that I can figure it out by tracking back through my credit card. I mean, yeah….my fault, and it’s not expensive, but do I have to pay four bucks every month for the rest of my life because you folks can’t offer adequate customer service? This approaches fraud. Just give me a damned human and I promise I won’t ever darken the WordPress doorstep again.

Yeah it does help to write your credentials down. Use this link to get back into your account and then cancel the monthly payments (or even keep paying and build a site????)
