worst support site ever!

From last Post time – yes a flag sometimes goes on early in a thread and we will continue to try and work with a person to find a solution – sometimes it also takes several tries to figure out what the real question is – getting the right info to pass onto the staff can help speed things up quite a bit – and many times we can help the person before the staff drops in – also sometimes one person will flag a thread for the staff and another person will be able to help the person find an answer – a team effort here

@genienepreston, I have deleted the signup for rockongirl.wordpress.com. You should now be able to register that blog again. Be sure that you use an email address that’s working, as the blog owner will need to click on a link we send them via email to confirm the blog/account creation.
