Would like a static website not a blog

  I have added content to my website but do not want it to contain blog posts. Can I get rid of the blog function?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that your site’s RSS feed is populated by what you post in Posts, so you may want to consider keeping the Posts page and using it for news/announcements and such like.
