  Hi,
  I use to have an account to manage my web site hosted by HostBig with you guys but I had trouble so I had to change my IP address to had my domain address back. And I cannot reach to the wordpress admin tool anymore and my old email address does not work anymore. I’m kind of [ sweary language removed by moderator ] up right now :(
  could you help ?
