How do i receive my money back for a domain I no longer want? Paid £85 and only received £59 back upon refund, though I wish to cancel the domain and get my £25.65 back?

Hi there,
To get a full refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase and domain registration within 2 days of purchase.

https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/I assume you have cancelled the domain after 2 days of registration and so the amount refunded to you is of plan and not domain registration.
Let us know in case you have cancelled plan and domain under expiration period and still didn’t receive a refund.

Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.Please provide the following first:
The URL of the domain in question.
The username account that registered the site in question, purchased any upgrades for it, and applied for any refunds.
Whether or not you wish to use the domain on another site.
