Would like to auto-renew, why is it saying that I don’t have an account?

I would like to enable auto-renew for elizabethdemaray.org – 3/8/2022
Your email states that ‘You can renew your product(s) or verify that auto-renew is enabled via the Purchases section of your WordPress.com dashboard.’ However my dashboard is telling me that I don’t ‘have any WordPress Sites yet.’ I’m not seeing any payment or billing history either. How do I go about paying–or even find out how much and, why is it saying that I don’t have an account?WP.com: Unknown

That’s not the account that was used to create your site and purchase the subscriptions, that’s why you’re not able to manage your purchases.You’ll want to log out and log back in using the correct email address (see the one where the purchase receipt was sent to).
