Would like to build a web site not Blog

  When I go to get started and enter my web site it shows topguntransfer.com BLOG?
  I just want to creat a site like it now is. This is thru Yahoo small business.

  Are you trying to move this site over to WordPress.com? If not, you’ll need to reach out to Yahoo in regards to assistance with this site. It is not a WordPress.com hosted site or a self-hosted WordPress site.

  Actually, I see what you are saying.

  .blog is only the subdomain – it does not indicate whether or not your site will be a blog or not. You can choose a .wordpress.com subdomain instead if you prefer.

  Are you trying to transfer topguntransfer.com over to your WordPress.com site?

  If so, you can use the instructions provided here:

  You can definitely use the WordPress site you just started to create a website instead of a blog.
