would like to change the 'about' part of my blog

hey there
can somebody help me to find where i can change the ‘about’ description of my blog?
i’ve been looking in the general settings and more ..but i still can’t find it!

You can edit the About page and update it with your own information.
>Dashboard > Pages > All Pages > About
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/Static pages are not a requirement for blogs I do recommend having an About page. I always amazed when I visit a blog and don’t find one because it’s natural for visitors to want to know a bit about who you are and why you are blogging. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/04/06/why-about-pages-are-essential/
On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
