Would like to change the name of my blog

I started my blog about a year ago as a free-site blog and as a way for people to view my artwork. However, my little art & design business has grown & I would like to rebrand myself; including registering a domain name & using that name as my new blog name – can I do that? If is so, how?

Here’s what you can do with the website:
You can change the title of your blog and a few other settings using the instructions found here: https://wordpress.com/support/settings/general-settings/#changing-your-site-title-and-tagline
You can get a domain for your WordPress.com, however, you’ll need at least a premium plan to use it. Here are some instructions on doing that as well as pricing for the different plans WordPress.com offers with features listed to help you pick what would work best for you:

Actually, just a second post to correct myself. You can do it with a personal plan as well, I said at least a premium plan and that is incorrect. Sorry about that!
