Very hard to get straight forward help and support it has been very frustrating. I wanted to build a website instead it is a blog then i wanted to change the name of it and the person helping ended up talking me thru upgrading to another account as a blog which i did not want and now when i have checked there are 2 blogs I do not want to be charged for this.
