Hi! Please help.
I would like to go with the premium plan that includes just about everything that i have plus a little more for $99.00. Right now I have the features that I want but it’s costing me more than if I just go with the premium feature. So… how do I seamlessly grove from one on over to the other and get a refund (I recently renewed former features and bought the video press) for the remaining balance? You good people at WordPress are SO helpful… I’m just sure this is possible….right?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s all taken care of. I’ve refunded $30 which was the difference between what you purchased and the full premium plan. Enjoy your upgrade!

I DO hope that you refunded that $30.00 to my Visa card, since any PayPal account that may have been used to purchase anything has now long been inactive. I’m sure that any renewal or new purchases have been made with my Visa card. As a matter of fact, I don’t even know what. PayPal reference number is doing on any receipt from WordPress in the first place. If I ever used PayPal for anything with WordPress it must have been a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away! In order to make my most recent renewals and a new purchase, I had to update my Visa card information because my previous card was replaced.

If you made the purchase with your Visa, that’s where the credit will go :)
I don’t even know what. PayPal reference number is doing on any receipt from WordPress in the first place.
Paypal is our payment processor, so there is nothing to worry about.
