Would like to have up to 5 posts show on the main page

  I post only homework assignments and quick teacher notes…Id like the weeks notes to show (i.e. 5 posts each on top of the other) on the main page. Right now each new post archives the last post

  Where is the archive setting for the main page?

  Go here > Settings > Reading and enter the number
  Blog pages show at most __ posts
  click “save chnages”
