Would like to renew domain, but the option is not available in My Upgrades

  Hello,

  I need some help with this.

  “If your domain registration has expired and you can’t see the “Renew” button in My Upgrades, you should contact support immediately.”

  This is the problem I’m having. Any help would be very much appreciated!

  As you allowed your domain mapping upgrade to expire you will need Staff assistance and this thread has been flagged for their attention. Please be patient while waiting.

  The domain name jlucifora.com expired on December 9, 2011 and was returned to the public market.

  You can re-register it by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
