Would like to request a refund

I was charged $129 on March 29 for a subscription that I simply have not been using. I would like to see if I can get it refunded since I have not used the service at all.

Your subscription was set to auto renew. I see from your account that you disputed the payment to WordPress.com and PayPal issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:
Creating a chargeback removes the upgrades on your account and locks the site until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback — in this case it’s too late to cancel the chargeback.
We are happy to issue refunds but are no longer able to for this subscription because the payment has already bee reversed by PayPal. The money may not appear on your statement yet but it has been withdrawn from us and rerouted to you.
Occasionally banks will remove the original charge from your statement rather than showing it as a credit, so it’s worth checking that too.
