Would like to see about 30-day refund for charge.

    I have tried to find a way to get a refund of the recently charged for plan and domain. I no longer use or wish to keep this service. It is said that auto-renewal is 30 days before the actual expiration date. I would like this refunded.

    Hello! Apologies, I was not notified I received this.

    I never got an email. I looked in my Junk folder and in my inbox looking for where I can go to resolve it. Is it possible I can get another email?

  • Please check the Social and Updates folders in Gmail – our emails often get routed there instead. You might also find notifications of replies to this forum thread in those folders.
