  If what you propose to sell is your own creations and not products made by others you are withing what the Terms of Service allow. If you wish to retail or resell products or services provided by anyone other than yourself then that’s against the Terms of Service.
  I’m afraid e-commerce isn’t possible here at WordPress.com, and there are no plans to develop anything for that at this time. We cannot use encrypted PayPal buttons. We can only use unencrypted PayPal donation buttons.
