So I plan to upgrade but I really need to talk to a happiness engineer to aid me in choosing and explaining how I paid for a year and lost it so would like to talk to someone beforehand.

I can try and help. Do you know which site you paid for previously? Sounds like it might be listed under a different account because the account you’ve used here has never made any purchases.

What happened was I let a fake “IT guy” (I obviously didn’t know he was a fake and believed him) into my site as an admin. Well be instantally removed me as a user and deleted all content. On top of that he made a new E-mail address (which I have zero access too) to link the site to make him (Ryan Mierzwa) the owner. I had zero choice but to elimate the site as he had access to it all, he was constantly changing the password with Godaddy on me so I could not sign in.
The original IT guy was honest and did an honest job. (Suravo Paul) and the site was linked to an email called (email visible only to moderators and staff) I’m not sure why he used that name but regardless I did have access to that email. He also was the original one to pay with his Credit card (after I sent him the funds). Now, After this Ryan Mierzwa guy tricked me into giving him admin access not only did he delete my admin role, kick me out of my site and deleted all content he also deleted that email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) then changed it to an email I had zero access too. I recovered the site and rebuilt, little did I know it was no longer “technically” my site he was simply spying on the client list and stealing clients form us. So I called godaddy and they sold me on their storefront theme which is 100% garbage (telling me I could not recover my wordpress). Godaddy has zero SEO Optmitization and I can not for the life of me get my new site to rank on the search engines. I Miss wordpress. So my plan was (because I just renewed everything around christmas/New Years prior to finding out my wordpress site had been hijacked from me) to make a new WordPress site (working on a free theme right now that’s http://www.AnaSynth.wordpress.com (or however it goes “.mywordpress.com”) or perhaps a decussion/advertisement blog that links to this stupid Godaddy store as with wordpress and using your SEO plugin it allows my site to actually rank. But I paid godaddy for their ecommerce store (woocomerence is much better) for a year. After the year is finished I plan to go all wordpress and allow Godaddy to host the wordpress site until their hosting is up for renewal then I may just have wordpress host the site.

Hi Josh,
You got me confused a bit. First of all, let me tell you that if you decide to host your site with us we won’t be able to develop it for you, you’ll have to do it yourself or hire a developer.
Also, if you’re looking to install SEO plugins and create an e-commerce site using WooCommerce you’ll need to purchase our Business or eCommerce plan.

Ok let me try to make this less confusing. I had a websit built called ESC™ (Etizolam Solutions Canada) through you guys. It was a full on site with cart and all. It was hacked and stolen from me and the ownership email was changed to an email I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO. I discovered that was the the case JUST AFTER I RENEWED and rebuilt MY SITE (as the hacker deleted all contwnt). Instead of renewing and rebuilding a site for myself it turned out I renewed it for tge hacker, the person that STOLE THE SITE FROM ME IN THE FIRST PLACE as it was no longer attached to my email.
I am well aware I would have to build the site myself (I’ve done it for times now so I think I can handle it) as well stupid godaddy sold me on their crap (and it is crap) but it has a cart so now I just want a site that I can use as a blog that I can get ranking using the plugin for SEO optmization I would then place a link on this site to this hidden goddady store I was sold on after my wordpress WAS STOLEN FROM ME. I really don’t want to pay full price TWICE as I had just renewed the site prior to finding out it was not truly under my controll and ownership anymore. I don’t need or want a cart I just want the other plugins that allow me to RANK.
Is that a but easier to understand? Be even easier if we could talk one-on-one.

So is there anything we can work out where I can at least get those plugins for ranking on searches at a cheaper rate since I had just finished paying full price prior to realizing my email had been changed and acess to such email taken away from me hence the reason I didn’t understand (at the time) why wordpress told me I did not own a site with them after I had JUST PAIED to renew for a year. Now the site is gone as I still managed to regain access but since it was linked to the hackers email so I tried to park it and talk to you guys. Turns out I deleted it rather than park it.

so the main confusion seems to be that your site is using the open-source WordPress software, but it is hosted by GoDaddy. That has nothing to do with WordPress.com, where you are now.
We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

That being said, you are welcome to upgrade your WordPress.com site ascsynthetics.wordpress.com to a plan of your choice but, whatever you purchased at GoDaddy for the other site is independent from your WordPress.com plan.

Ok yes it makes sense to an extent. So if I build my site up on your free wordpress plan I can change it to a paid plan once finished. Then talk to godaddy, which I’m only using because I have paied for two years of hosting so why waste it.
Can we work it out where I can make my wordpress platform and have the required plugins for a very fair price? Then once the wordpress site is finished I can take it to godaddy and have them move my domain http://www.ascsynthetics.com to the wordpress site. I just want a wordpress plan where I can search engine optimize it with your plugin (the one with the happy face that teaches you about long key phrases as well as how to get the best seo optmization). So we can rank in the search engines again.
So I guess I’m asking if we can basically for now work out a deal for a plan (even if basic) where I can use it to direct traffic to that garbage godaddy site? as I have always had luck with good SEO optmization results using wordpress. Then when renewal time comes with godaddy I’ll simply have you guys host the site for me at that point. What plan do I need to get the required plugins to optmize for search engines? and can we work out a deal? Heck I may even simply have you guys host it right away once it’s done and I am getting SEO optmization results. I simply tell godaddy to go fly a kite….. -

To be able to use plugins here, on WordPress.com, you would need plan Business:
https://wordpress.com/support/business-plan/
However, SEO plugins are not everything. If you managed to get your site rank high before it’s probably due to your content, rather than a plugin. You can try to create a site here with plan Personal or Premium, see how you like it and if you do, you can keep it as is or upgrade to Business and install one of the SEO plugins you wanted.
You can also cancel and obtain a full refund during the first 30 days, in case you’re not happy (bear in mind that we could only refund a domain within the first 96h). -
Ok well I ranked good before because I was using a wordpress platform (for example storefront theme) that I did obtain through godaddy and had a woocomerence cart. Then the site got hacked, our clients were compermised and/or stolen from us. So I’ll call Godaddy and tell them I’m very unimpressed that they talked me out of continuing with using the wordpress theme and sold me on their storefront theme where there is zero SEO optmization. 3 lousy words per page can be optmized which is just basically pointless as you would have to have your site chalked full of pages containing content just to rank a tiny bit.
What I’ll do is continue building on this free platform, contact godaddy and tell them I need this fixed asap. As I am losing big money daily! I’m so mad at godaddy.
So I’ll call them first then work it from there. As I don’t need a cart anymore I just need SEO optmization results. They sold me on their garbage Godaddy storefront when the wordpress storefront ranked very fast and easily and I’m sure they knew it. I guess I’ll have to call them first.
