Would like to upgrade plan

  The error I see when attempting to upgrade my plan “Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.” When attempting to receive human support I am told that is only available to folks with a paid plan. I can’t pay for the plan because it won’t let me and I can’t get support because I am not currently part of a paid plan. Any assistance would be appreciated.

  Perhaps the account you are logged into isn’t the owner of the site? Perhaps it is https://wordpress.com/forums/users/braedenquinn/

  Thank you for the thought, but my account is the admin account, and I built the site. The other user is an editor only. Any other ideas?
