  Hello,
  I recently moved my wordpress.com site to a self-hosted site (still using WordPress) and wanted to see if someone could help migrate my subscribers? I activated the jetpack but am not super tech savvy, so just want to make sure they transfer over correctly. I only had a dozen so shouldn’t be too strenuous.

  The domain is gildsociety.com.

  You should be able to move your subscribers following the instructions here:
