Would someone assist with subscriber migration please?

I need to migrate my subscribers to a self hosted site, please.
JetPack is installed on the new site.
Thank you, – Matt F
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can help you with that. However, it appears that Jetpack is connected to 69.89.31.127/~friedsbl/. That looks like a temporary or developmental URL. Could you please disconnect Jetpack and reconnect to your permanent URL?

Can you double check on that? I am not seeing a jetpack connected site under your matthewfried account.

Josh, I’m sorry for the long delayed response, though I have not forgot about this.
Truth is that I have an outside company (WPBeginner) assisting me with the migration and set up from wordpress.com over to a self-hosted site. Unfortunately they are out of contact with me right now, and I’m not 100% sure what steps are left to finish this migration.
As far as I can see, the new self-hosted site is up & running with Jetpack installed and connected to wordpress.com correctly. I’m able to fully utilize it; the only thing that seems to be missing is moving my previous subscribers over.
There is no Jetpack plugin on the wordpress.com side though. I disconnected & reconnected the Jetpack.
Please let me know if you can help. I appreciate it!

I disconnected & reconnected the Jetpack.
This may have jumpstarted it, as I am seeing a jetpack connected site now.
Now that we have that settled, let me clarify just to be sure:
Old site: friedsblog.wordpress.com
New site: friedsblog.com
Is that correct?
