  Would someone response to my support requests? I’ve sent three and waited for two weeks. The .com site I paid for is still not active!

  As Matthew mentioned, I do not see a domain in your account for this site:

  rudeassawakenings.wordpress.com

  I see that Premium was purchased, but a domain was not registered. You can register a domain by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. You will not have to pay for it because it is included within the Premium upgrade.
