Would we still be billed by wordpress.com and how do we stop that?

We used to have our site sitting in the wordpress.com infrastructure but we recently moved over to wix.com and pointed our domain via our host to that new infrastructure.That means we can no longer access our wordpress.com/admin page in order to check that we shut down our membership with wordpress and my colleague did not check this before activating thie with the host… This means our main admin user for it is no longer working.
Is there a way you can help with this question?

You can check this when you are logged in to the account that owned that site and go to My Purchases, https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/
