Would wordpress advise me how to enter category to previous blog?

  My mistake , I did not add a category of a blog and can’t seem to back up . Would you advise please.

  We assign categories only to posts not to pages. You can edit and add a category and then click update. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
